We are all very happy that you have visited our site and you have decided to send a card and brighten a child’s day! Choosing a child and sending the cards are simple as you will see in the following steps.
Choose a child from the current list provided. You are welcome to send as many as you want there is no limit.
Find the address or P.O. Box listed for the child so you know where to send the card.
You can send fun cards, gift cards to their favorite places, or just a card of encouragement, Birthday cards, thinking of you cards, praying for you cards or even on your travels to and from your hometown to wherever you are traveling to you can choose a postcard to send. You can put as much thought into the picture on the postcard, but the selection process does not have to be long. It’s the thought that counts!
Write a cheerful short note to the child. For example, tell about the picture on the front of the postcard and the place where you’re sending it from (i.e. Child’s name, We live here in a big city called Dallas Texas. We thought you might like to see where we live. The summers are hot, but it is beautiful this time of year! Love, The Garrett Family). Or just a simple ‘Greetings from…’. Simple is best. Remember, you’re just making them happy and bringing Joy and hope to them. Be that sunshine that they need.
Put appropriate postage the cards and on the postcard and mail it to the address listed for the child.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SAY. Know the status of a child before writing your message and mailing the cards or postcard. Please be careful what you say on the cards and post cards. You want to cheer up these children and their families, not add more hurt or stress to their lives.
We hope that you have a blast taking the time to fulfill a little joy in the lives of these children and their families.
Lastly, we have had people asking can they send arts and crafts stuff and yes that is fine because they need things to keep them busy when they are able to do so..
