Veterans

A veteran is one who has served in the armed forces, especially one who has served in combat. The National Guard and Reserve is included. It is especially applied to those who served for an entire career, usually of 20 years or more, but also applied for someone who has only served one tour of duty.

Today in our world our Veterans are underpaid and also not treated with the up-most respect on many levels. They should be treated as one of the highest paid jobs in America and also taken care of along with their families with the up-most respect in all areas including health care.

Right now we have had 307,000 Veterans who have died awaiting for healthcare, because no one will challenge the statuesque.  Frankly that is a high number too high if you ask me. Some of them have died from being ignored or over treated and over medicated because the VA and the Government throw them by the waste side. Some have even committed suicide because they cant get the help that is needed.  Not only that they go untreated for major illnesses like cancer because they do not care about taking or giving the proper help or take the time for a proper diagnosis. Or even being treated by different doctors each time they do get in which causes them to never get the proper care that is needed. You may ask how do I know, I know because I have lost to men in my family two uncles because they were not properly cared for and I will not stop until something has changed. I want to get a bill passed soon that is in Memory of them and in honor of every person that is part of the military called the M&M Bill The Miller Martin Bill.

A leader is one who will challenge the statuesque they solve problems that have been building up for many years. A leader produces results and I will be that leader and the difference to make a difference for our veterans today.
